Angelica Sinensis is a Chinese Herb that tastes similar to Celery and has similar therapeutic prospects to Angelica. It has been used in Chinese medicine for more than 3,000 years. It is also known as Chinese Angelica, Chinese Danggui, Danggui, Dong Quei, Tanggwi, Tang Kuei or Toki. The part of the plant used is the root and it is part of the Umbelliferae family.
