Schizandra is an adaptogen Herb native to China - it is creeping vine with small, red Berries. It is also known as Chinese Magnolia Vine, Five Flavors Fruit, Schisandra, Wu-Wei-Tzu, Wu Wei Zi or Wuweizi.

Schizandra is from the Schisandraceae family. The part of the plant that is used is the dried, ripe fruit, especially the oil fraction.
