The Ultima Loyalty Programme is for anyone using Ultima products. Purchase 10 Ultima products and Recieve a FREE PRODUCT of their choice.
Rules:

- Buy 10 Ultima products and get 1 product delivered FREE to your nearest Post Office. Ultima 1 Nutritional Shake not included in this offer.
- Only ORIGINAL 'Loyalty Logo's' will be accepted and qualify for a FREE product.
- Cut out the Loyalty Programme token on any newly packaged Ultima product and attach the token to the reverse side of the Loyalty Card, provided in each Ultima Box.
- It is essential to fill in all your details in order to qualify for the FREE product.
- Post the card with all your details and the 8 tokens to our postal address, using 'FASTMAIL,' this will ensure that we get it.
- Please make sure that before you post off your card, that you make a photo copy of it and keep for your records.
