What is St John’s Wort?

Extracts of St John’s Wort have been recommended traditionally for a wide range of medical conditions. The most common modern day use is for the treatment of depression.

This herbal extract has been tested in many double-blind, placebo-controlled studies and has been proven over and over again to be as effective as the prescription anti-depressant drugs without the side effects.
